Job Overview
A real estate professional based in Las Vegas and California is hiring a Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Virtual Assistant. This is a remote, part-time position. Candidates must have experience supporting international real estate agents or brokers. Familiarity with the California or Los Angeles real estate market is a strong advantage but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close
Monitor critical dates and ensure all deadlines are met
Communicate with clients, agents, escrow, title, and other parties involved
Prepare, organize, and manage transaction documentation
Update CRM and maintain organized records
Schedule inspections, appraisals, and meetings as needed
Provide general administrative support as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a VA for an international real estate agent or broker
Strong understanding of transaction coordination processes
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRMs, and document management tools
Familiarity with U.S. real estate procedures and documentation preferred
