Job Overview

A real estate professional based in Las Vegas and California is hiring a Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Virtual Assistant. This is a remote, part-time position. Candidates must have experience supporting international real estate agents or brokers. Familiarity with the California or Los Angeles real estate market is a strong advantage but not required.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close

  • Monitor critical dates and ensure all deadlines are met

  • Communicate with clients, agents, escrow, title, and other parties involved

  • Prepare, organize, and manage transaction documentation

  • Update CRM and maintain organized records

  • Schedule inspections, appraisals, and meetings as needed

  • Provide general administrative support as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a VA for an international real estate agent or broker

  • Strong understanding of transaction coordination processes

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRMs, and document management tools

  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate procedures and documentation preferred
