Job Overview

A real estate professional based in Las Vegas is hiring a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support content creation, email campaigns, and local SEO efforts. This is a remote, part-time role focused on maintaining a strong digital presence across platforms. Working the client's time zone is not required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule posts and reels for Instagram and Facebook (including captions and graphics)

• Manage and update Google Business Profile

• Write and publish community-specific, SEO-optimized blog posts for the website

• Repurpose blog content into captions and posts for social media

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using available tools

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels

• Track and report on content performance and engagement

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing

• Strong writing skills with experience creating SEO-rich content

• Proficient in Canva (or similar) for creating social media graphics

• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business optimization

• Familiar with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Flodesk, or similar

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet content deadlines independently

• Understanding of real estate marketing trends and best practices preferred
