Digital Marketer

Job Overview

A real estate professional based in Las Vegas and California is hiring a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant. This is a remote, part-time position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting real estate professionals and executing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing and lead generation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated follow-up sequences

• Write and schedule marketing content across email, website, and social media platforms

• Research and write SEO-optimized blog posts for the company website

• Update and maintain CRM and lead databases

• Coordinate with design team or use templates for marketing assets

• Track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports

• Assist with other digital marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience in the real estate industry

• Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, KVCore, Constant Contact, etc.)

• Experience writing SEO-optimized blog articles

• Strong command of English and ability to write clear, persuasive marketing copy

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools

• Basic understanding of analytics and campaign performance tracking

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
