Job Overview
A real estate professional based in Las Vegas and California is hiring a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant. This is a remote, part-time position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting real estate professionals and executing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing and lead generation.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated follow-up sequences
Write and schedule marketing content across email, website, and social media platforms
Research and write SEO-optimized blog posts for the company website
Update and maintain CRM and lead databases
Coordinate with design team or use templates for marketing assets
Track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports
Assist with other digital marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience in the real estate industry
Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, KVCore, Constant Contact, etc.)
Experience writing SEO-optimized blog articles
Strong command of English and ability to write clear, persuasive marketing copy
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Basic understanding of analytics and campaign performance tracking
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
